This Privacy Policy explains how Karin Lundin Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with our website karinlundin.com and our own marketing automation, including our use of the Pinterest API.

Who we are

Karin Lundin Studio is a wedding photography business based in Stockholm, Sweden. For any privacy questions, contact us at karin.c.lundin@gmail.com.

What data we collect

We collect the following categories of data: contact details you submit through our enquiry forms (such as name, email address, wedding date and message); technical and usage data collected automatically when you visit the site (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via analytics; and cookies as described below.

How we use your data

We use this data to respond to enquiries, deliver our photography services, improve our website, and understand how visitors find and use our content. We rely on your consent and our legitimate business interests as the legal basis under the GDPR.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to measure traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third parties

We share data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and analytics provider. We do not sell your personal data.

Our use of the Pinterest API

We operate a private, single-user automation that uses the Pinterest API to publish our own blog content from karinlundin.com as image Pins to our own Pinterest boards on the Karin Lundin Studio account. This automation authenticates through Pinterest’s official OAuth 2.0 flow and acts only on our own Pinterest account. It does not access, collect, request or store personal data belonging to any other Pinterest user. Access tokens are stored securely and are used solely to create Pins linking back to our own website. We do not store Pinterest login credentials.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal obligations, and analytics data in line with our analytics provider’s retention settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact karin.c.lundin@gmail.com.
